TESOL teacher training courses announced by Eton Institute this New Year in the United Arab Emirates in partnership with London Teacher Training College, UK (LTTC), commenced successfully.
Participants learn lesson planning and practical teaching skills which will equip them to gain a professional qualification in teaching English which is recognised worldwide.
Dr. Eli Abi Rached, Managing Director of Eton Institute commented: “The successful commencement of TESOL courses at Eton Institute is a step towards providing quality teacher training in Dubai and enhancing the skills of aspiring teachers by enabling them with practical teaching methods and analytical tools.”
The 120 hour intensive course which opened on the 4th January runs 5 days a week from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm for 4 weeks. At the end of the 4 weeks taught programme students will be able to utilise the remaining 20 hours in putting theory to practice by teaching English to speakers of other languages.
“The course is one of the most enjoyable.” A participant commented. “It offers an opportunity to meet other likeminded people who are interested in teaching English to speakers of other languages and improving their teaching skills. I would recommend Eton Institute to anyone who wishes to teach English and be professionally certified.”
Upon completion of the course participants will receive two qualifications from London Teacher Training College, UK (LTTC) and ASET UK in teaching English as a foreign language.
The next TESOL course begins on 18th January 2009 which is an extended course and runs for 14 weeks, twice a week in the evenings and the next intensive 4 weeks course begins on the 1st February 2009.
