Dear teachers ,

 I know that the new annual plan is not easy but we can find out the way how can we make it easier to work.

as in my school our coordinator has made the same into powerpoint which is much easier to work with.

But i am really thankful to Mrs AIsha Khulaifi for her views and suggestions i do agree with you your

Dear colleague !! could you be more specific about the plan you mean ? I assume you mean the plan sent by the curriculum standards office !! If yes , I totally agree with you ! It has no merits ! At least we don't see them !! I wonder what the CSO sees !!

We also don't see what it serves!! We at schools have unit plans. The CSO can ask for these..The parents (if these are the people the CSO thinks the plan will serve ) don't have any interest in this plan. They only need to see the overviews..thats all..

What the CSO is doing is putting schools under lots of stress. Thats if they really at all consider the schools. I am not sure who thinks for them !

I asked many foreigners .The people who visit my school if they do such think at home, they all said they don't. What they do is exactly what we are doing, send the overview..

I am not sure if the CSO knows exactly what the schools are doing. They still relate to their experience of MOE schools.

Personally, I am not going to send what the CSO asked for. I will only send what we usually do..the overview..If I am going to ask my coordinators to do as told by CSO, I will be killing them and submitting to something I am not convinced of..
